Furniture is bulky, so check dimensions and options before ordering. Change-of-mind returns Our store policy accepts returns within 15 days of the original purchase. Keep the item unused in its original packaging and provide your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this store. Purchases from other retailers must be returned to that retailer. If you found a better price, changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer need it or it does not fit, you pay tracked return postage. There is no cancellation fee or packing-and-handling deduction. Ask us for the correct return address before shipping: the Toronto administration office is not a returns depot. Damaged, incorrect or missing goods Tell us promptly if your product is damaged, has missing parts, differs from what you ordered or has not arrived.
