Why buy your furniture direct?

Buying direct is the whole reason the price on this page is what it is. Here is what that means in practice:

1. No showroom markup: there is no shop floor, no showroom rent and no showroom staff sitting on top of the item. That is the difference you see in the price, and it is the only trick involved.
2. One place for the whole room: bedroom, living room, kitchen, patio and garden, and home office, so a room can be furnished from one order rather than three.
3. Published specifications: every piece lists the dimensions and materials the supplier publishes, in centimetres. Where a figure is not published we say so and invite the question rather than borrowing a number from something similar.
4. Product details: compare photographs, specifications and available options before ordering.

Before you order

Furniture is the one thing worth measuring twice, so two minutes now beats a return later:

• Measure the space, then measure the route the piece has to travel to reach it. Doorways, stair turns and lift depths are what actually catch people out on a sofa or a bed frame.
• Check the option you are picking. Size and color are separate lines with separate prices, and the figure next to Add to Cart is always the one you pay.
• Ask us first if anything is unclear. Email theteam@furniturecenter.net and a person will answer, seven days a week.

Delivery and returns, plainly

Delivery is free across Canada on orders over $100 and $25 below that, in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express Shipping is $25 on any order. The cart shows your total before payment.
